Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a related maintenance or property attendant role preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including climbing stairs and ladders and lifting up to 50lbs
- flexibility to complete multiple hotel responsibilities
- willingness to follow emergency procedures
- reliable and punctual
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant roles
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- strong organizational skills
- ability to manage inventory
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- physical ability to perform maintenance tasks including lifting up to 50lbs
Job Duties
- Managing work orders with preventative maintenance schedules
- performing light electrical and plumbing repairs
- cleaning public areas including carpet shampooing and floor maintenance
- maintaining inventory of supplies and tools
- prepping rooms for housekeeping by removing linens and trash
- adhering to emergency and security procedures
- performing other duties as assigned
