Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a related maintenance or property attendant role preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks including climbing stairs and ladders and lifting up to 50lbs
  • flexibility to complete multiple hotel responsibilities
  • willingness to follow emergency procedures
  • reliable and punctual
  • able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant roles
  • basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to manage inventory
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • physical ability to perform maintenance tasks including lifting up to 50lbs

Job Duties

  • Managing work orders with preventative maintenance schedules
  • performing light electrical and plumbing repairs
  • cleaning public areas including carpet shampooing and floor maintenance
  • maintaining inventory of supplies and tools
  • prepping rooms for housekeeping by removing linens and trash
  • adhering to emergency and security procedures
  • performing other duties as assigned
