- previous experience in maintenance or hospitality preferred
- physical ability to perform repetitive climbing, kneeling, squatting, and lifting

Job Qualifications

- experience in hotel maintenance or similar roles preferred
- basic knowledge of light electrical and plumbing work
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- strong teamwork and communication skills

- ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- Managing work orders and performing general preventative maintenance
- cleaning public areas and prepping rooms for housekeeping
- assisting with laundry duties
- maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- following emergency procedures and ensuring property security
- performing janitorial tasks including carpet shampooing and floor cleaning
- other duties as assigned
