Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant role preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks including climbing stairs and ladders and lifting up to 50lbs
  • strong organizational skills
  • good communication abilities
  • dependable and flexible
  • willingness to follow safety and emergency protocols

Job Qualifications

  • experience with general maintenance and cleaning in a hotel or related industry
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs and repetitive movements

  • knowledge of preventative maintenance practices

Job Duties

  • managing work orders and adhering to preventative maintenance schedules
  • performing general maintenance tasks such as shampooing carpets, cleaning floors, light electrical and plumbing repairs
  • maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies
  • prepping rooms for housekeeping by removing linens and trash and moving furniture
  • following property emergency procedures to ensure safety and security
  • assisting with public space cleaning including trash cleanup and parking lot upkeep
  • performing other duties as assigned
