Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant role preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including climbing stairs and ladders and lifting up to 50lbs
- strong organizational skills
- good communication abilities
- dependable and flexible
- willingness to follow safety and emergency protocols

Job Duties
- managing work orders and adhering to preventative maintenance schedules
- performing general maintenance tasks such as shampooing carpets, cleaning floors, light electrical and plumbing repairs
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies
- prepping rooms for housekeeping by removing linens and trash and moving furniture
- following property emergency procedures to ensure safety and security
- assisting with public space cleaning including trash cleanup and parking lot upkeep
- performing other duties as assigned
