Job Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing stairs and ladders
- Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to kneel, squat, sit, stand, bend and twist for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to perform various duties including housekeeping support
- Familiarity with safety and emergency procedures
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- Conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging and unclogging sinks and toilets
- Performing preventative maintenance programs
- Cleaning public spaces and performing janitorial duties
- Maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and ordering as needed
- Prepping rooms for housekeeping by removing linens, trash, and moving furniture
- Reviewing maintenance needs within guest rooms
- Following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs of the property and guests
- Assisting with laundry duties
- Performing other duties as assigned
