Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in maintenance or hospitality preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 50lbs, climbing stairs, and bending
- Must be flexible and able to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment

- Proven experience in general maintenance and housekeeping duties
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to manage inventory and maintenance supplies
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow emergency procedures
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks involving lifting, climbing, bending, and standing for long periods
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- Conducting light plumbing tasks such as plunging or unclogging sinks and toilets
- Participating in preventative maintenance programs
- Conducting public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- Prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- Knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- Performing other duties as assigned
