Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous maintenance or hospitality experience preferred
  • ability to multitask and handle various hotel responsibilities
  • flexibility with work hours
  • physical capability to lift push or pull up to 50 pounds
  • ability to climb stairs and ladders
  • willingness to follow safety and emergency procedures
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in maintenance or hospitality preferred
  • basic skills in electrical and plumbing repairs beneficial
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • good communication skills
  • physical ability to perform required tasks

Job Duties

  • managing work orders in a timely manner adhering to preventative maintenance schedules
  • performing general maintenance tasks such as shampooing carpets cleaning floors and light electrical and plumbing work
  • maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
  • prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens trash and moving furniture
  • following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs are met
  • assisting with laundry duties
  • performing other duties as assigned
