Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous maintenance or hospitality experience preferred
- ability to multitask and handle various hotel responsibilities
- flexibility with work hours
- physical capability to lift push or pull up to 50 pounds
- ability to climb stairs and ladders
- willingness to follow safety and emergency procedures
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in maintenance or hospitality preferred
- basic skills in electrical and plumbing repairs beneficial
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills
- physical ability to perform required tasks
Job Duties
- managing work orders in a timely manner adhering to preventative maintenance schedules
- performing general maintenance tasks such as shampooing carpets cleaning floors and light electrical and plumbing work
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens trash and moving furniture
- following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs are met
- assisting with laundry duties
- performing other duties as assigned
