Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in maintenance or custodial roles preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- capability to work flexible hours and multi-task
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs

- ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

- ability to perform light electrical and plumbing tasks
- knowledge of preventative maintenance practices

Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- conducting light plumbing such as plunging toilets, snaking toilets, unclogging sinks
- implementing preventative maintenance programs
- janitorial work in public spaces
- parking lot upkeep
- trash cleanup
- PTAC cleaning
- drywall repair
- painting
- caulking
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- providing orders to management
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, reviewing maintenance needs
- knowing and following property emergency procedures
- ensuring security needs of the property and guests are met
- performing other duties as assigned
