Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in maintenance or hospitality preferred
Ability to climb stairs and ladders repeatedly
Capability to kneel, squat, sit, stand, bend, and twist for extended periods
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
Availability to work flexible hours as needed
Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Commitment to safety and emergency preparedness
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in property maintenance or hotel housekeeping preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow safety procedures and emergency protocols
Physical capability to perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 pounds
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the workplace

Job Duties

Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
Shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
Performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
Performing light plumbing including plunging toilets, snaking toilets, and unclogging sinks
Conducting preventative maintenance programs
Performing janitorial work in public spaces
Maintaining parking lot upkeep
Carrying out trash cleanup
Cleaning PTAC units
Drywall repair
Painting and caulking
Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
Prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
Knowing and following property emergency procedures
Ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
Performing other duties as assigned
