Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- physical ability to perform repetitive climbing, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, squatting, standing, and bending for extended periods
- flexible schedule to complete multiple hotel tasks
- prior experience in maintenance or housekeeping roles preferred
- ability to follow safety procedures and emergency protocols
- ability to handle basic maintenance tools safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in general maintenance or property management preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong organizational and time management skills
- excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Managing work orders and adhering to preventative maintenance schedules
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical and plumbing repairs
- maintaining inventory and ordering maintenance supplies
- prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens and trash
- following emergency procedures and ensuring property security
- performing public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
