- Basic understanding of preventative maintenance
- Ability to perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Availability to climb stairs and ladders repetitively
- Willingness to follow safety and emergency protocols
- Reliable transportation to the job site

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel maintenance or property upkeep preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to manage inventory and supply orders
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow emergency procedures
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Flexible and adaptable to varied duties
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or switches
- Conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging and unclogging sinks and toilets
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, and moving furniture
- Adhering to property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs of the property and guests are met
