Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in maintenance or related field preferred
  • ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • capability to climb stairs and ladders
  • flexibility to handle multiple job responsibilities
  • strong attention to detail
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in hotel maintenance or property management is advantageous
  • basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance skills
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and climbing
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • ability to follow safety protocols and emergency procedures

Job Duties

  • Manages work orders following preventative maintenance schedules
  • performs carpet shampooing and floor cleaning
  • conducts light electrical repairs such as changing outlets or switches
  • handles minor plumbing tasks including plunging and unclogging
  • performs janitorial duties in public spaces
  • maintains parking lot and conducts trash cleanup
  • performs drywall repair, painting, and caulking
  • manages inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
  • assists with room preparation including removing linens and trash
  • supports housekeeping by moving furniture and reviewing maintenance needs
  • follows property emergency procedures to ensure guest safety
  • performs other duties as assigned
