Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in maintenance or related field preferred
- ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds
- capability to climb stairs and ladders
- flexibility to handle multiple job responsibilities
- strong attention to detail
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in hotel maintenance or property management is advantageous
- basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance skills
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and climbing
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- ability to follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
Job Duties
- Manages work orders following preventative maintenance schedules
- performs carpet shampooing and floor cleaning
- conducts light electrical repairs such as changing outlets or switches
- handles minor plumbing tasks including plunging and unclogging
- performs janitorial duties in public spaces
- maintains parking lot and conducts trash cleanup
- performs drywall repair, painting, and caulking
- manages inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- assists with room preparation including removing linens and trash
- supports housekeeping by moving furniture and reviewing maintenance needs
- follows property emergency procedures to ensure guest safety
- performs other duties as assigned
