- Managing work orders and adhering to preventive maintenance schedules
- shampooing carpets and cleaning floors
- performing light electrical and plumbing repairs

- prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens and trash
- maintaining inventory of supplies and tools
- following emergency procedures and ensuring property security
