Job Requirements
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret hotel information
- ability to communicate efficiently in reading, speaking, and writing
- ability to work independently and self-supervise
- high school diploma preferred
- availability to live on-site and be on-call
- ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, climbing ladders up to 30 feet, lifting over 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs
- ability to work in varying weather conditions and on uneven surfaces
- ability to reach overhead with arms outstretched
- flexibility to follow assigned on-call schedule
- professional demeanor when addressing guest concerns

- ability to effectively read, speak, and write to interact with guests and staff
- ability to self-supervise and work with limited supervision
- combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or relevant training
- high school diploma preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Patrol the property when the office is closed
- live on the property and be on-call five to six days per week as determined by management
- follow the on-call schedule Monday through Saturday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and Sunday 7:00 AM to Monday 7:00 AM
- immediately report safety or security issues to the General Manager or Regional Operations Manager and contact local authorities if warranted
- respond and assist with minor maintenance issues, guest needs, complaints, and concerns professionally after office hours
- obtain guest list nightly to ensure only authorized guests access rooms and property
- obtain vacant room report nightly to ensure all vacant rooms are secured
- establish good communication and professional relationships with property guests
- complete thorough inspection rounds of the property multiple times per day according to schedule
- document all inspection rounds and incidents on the Property Attendant Checklist and Daily Action Plan
- verify IDs to provide access for guests who become locked out
- ensure the property is clean, free of trash and debris, and that all storage and employee areas are secured nightly
- perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors and follow the on-call schedule
