Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in property maintenance or related field
- ability to perform light electrical and plumbing work
- physical ability to perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours
- commitment to teamwork and reliability
- adherence to safety procedures and property emergency protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in property maintenance or hospitality preferred
- ability to perform light electrical and plumbing repairs
- strong organizational and inventory management skills
- excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- familiarity with safety and emergency procedures
- physical capability to perform required tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- executing light plumbing tasks including plunging toilets and unclogging sinks
- performing public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens and trash
- knowing and following property emergency procedures
- ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- performing other duties as assigned
