Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior relevant maintenance experience preferred
  • physical ability to perform duties including climbing stairs and lifting heavy objects
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • commitment to a team-oriented environment
  • reliable and punctual
  • willingness to perform varied hotel tasks

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hotel maintenance or similar field
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repairs
  • ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
  • good communication skills

Job Duties

  • managing work orders and performing preventative maintenance
  • shampooing carpets and cleaning floors
  • conducting light electrical repairs such as changing outlets and switches
  • performing light plumbing tasks including plunging and unclogging sinks
  • maintaining public spaces and parking lots cleanliness
  • prepping rooms for housekeeping by removing linens, trash, and moving furniture
  • following emergency procedures and ensuring property security
