Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior relevant maintenance experience preferred
- physical ability to perform duties including climbing stairs and lifting heavy objects
- ability to work flexible hours
- commitment to a team-oriented environment
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to perform varied hotel tasks
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hotel maintenance or similar field
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repairs
- ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- managing work orders and performing preventative maintenance
- shampooing carpets and cleaning floors
- conducting light electrical repairs such as changing outlets and switches
- performing light plumbing tasks including plunging and unclogging sinks
- maintaining public spaces and parking lots cleanliness
- prepping rooms for housekeeping by removing linens, trash, and moving furniture
- following emergency procedures and ensuring property security
