Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or hotel support roles preferred
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to perform physically demanding duties such as kneeling, squatting, climbing stairs and ladders
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and emergency procedures
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in property maintenance or hotel support roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and maintenance repairs
- Ability to follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical capability to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- Carrying out light plumbing tasks like plunging toilets, snaking toilets, and unclogging sinks
- Conducting preventative maintenance programs and public space janitorial work
- Maintaining parking lot upkeep and trash cleanup
- Cleaning PTAC units, drywall repair, painting, and caulking
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Prepping rooms for housekeepers by removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- Following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs of the property and guests are met
- Performing other duties as assigned
