Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property maintenance or hotel support roles preferred
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to perform physically demanding duties such as kneeling, squatting, climbing stairs and ladders
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and emergency procedures
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property maintenance or hotel support roles preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and maintenance repairs
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Physical capability to perform labor-intensive tasks
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
  • Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
  • Performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
  • Carrying out light plumbing tasks like plunging toilets, snaking toilets, and unclogging sinks
  • Conducting preventative maintenance programs and public space janitorial work
  • Maintaining parking lot upkeep and trash cleanup
  • Cleaning PTAC units, drywall repair, painting, and caulking
  • Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
  • Prepping rooms for housekeepers by removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
  • Following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs of the property and guests are met
  • Performing other duties as assigned
