Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in property maintenance or hospitality services preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- flexibility to manage multiple responsibilities
- willingness to follow safety and emergency procedures
- availability to work full-time
- ability to climb stairs and ladders repeatedly
- compliance with company policies including drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in general maintenance, housekeeping, or related hospitality roles preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills
- physical ability to perform tasks involving climbing, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- carrying out light plumbing tasks including plunging and snaking toilets and unclogging sinks
- performing public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- performing other duties as assigned
