Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hotel maintenance or similar role
- Basic electrical and plumbing repair skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, squatting, bending, and twisting
- Flexible availability to complete multiple hotel responsibilities
- Commitment to safety and property security procedures

- Prior experience in hotel maintenance or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to perform varied tasks in a dynamic hotel environment
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- Conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging toilets, snaking toilets, and unclogging sinks
- Executing public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- Prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- Knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- Performing other duties as assigned
