Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
  • shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
  • performing light electrical repairs such as changing an outlet or wall switch
  • conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging and snaking toilets and unclogging sinks
  • maintaining public spaces with janitorial work
  • parking lot upkeep and trash cleanup
  • performing PTAC cleaning, drywall repair, painting, and caulking
  • maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
  • providing orders to management for necessary supplies
  • prepping rooms for housekeepers by removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
  • knowing and following property emergency procedures
  • ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
  • performing other assigned duties as needed
