Job Qualifications

- previous experience in property maintenance or hotel operations preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs

Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging and snaking toilets and unclogging sinks
- performing public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, and moving furniture
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- knowing and following property emergency procedures
- ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- performing drywall repair, painting, caulking, PTAC cleaning
- assisting with laundry duties
- completing other duties as assigned
