Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in maintenance or housekeeping preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods
- Capacity to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in general maintenance, cleaning, or hospitality preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to manage inventory and supplies
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- Executing light plumbing duties including plunging toilets, snaking toilets, and unclogging sinks
- Carrying out preventative maintenance programs
- Janitorial work in public spaces
- Parking lot upkeep and trash cleanup
- PTAC cleaning
- Drywall repair, painting, and caulking
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- Prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, reviewing maintenance needs
- Following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- Performing other duties as assigned
