Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior maintenance or hospitality experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours
- physical stamina for repetitive climbing, kneeling, squatting, standing, and lifting
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- willingness to comply with company policies and a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant roles preferred
- knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repairs
- ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- managing work orders and adhering to preventative maintenance schedules
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical and plumbing work
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens and trash
- knowing and following property emergency procedures
- assisting with laundry duties
