Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in maintenance or hospitality preferred
- ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- ability to perform repetitive physical tasks such as climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods
- basic electrical and plumbing repair skills
- willingness to follow property emergency procedures
- reliable and flexible schedule
Job Qualifications

- experience in general maintenance or hospitality environment preferred
- ability to perform light electrical and plumbing repairs
- basic knowledge of janitorial and housekeeping support tasks
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work independently and in a team environment
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- light plumbing such as plunging toilets, snaking toilets, and unclogging sinks
- performing preventative maintenance programs
- performing public space janitorial work
- parking lot upkeep
- trash cleanup
- PTAC cleaning
- drywall repair
- painting
- caulking
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, reviewing maintenance needs
- knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- performing other duties as assigned
