Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in maintenance or similar role preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- capability to work flexible hours as needed
- willingness to follow safety and emergency procedures
- proficiency in basic maintenance and janitorial duties
- ability to work as part of a team and independently

- previous experience in hotel maintenance or property management preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and janitorial tasks
- ability to follow safety procedures and property emergency protocols
- good physical condition to meet job demands
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ability to manage inventory and maintenance supplies
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- executing light plumbing tasks including plunging toilets, snaking toilets, and unclogging sinks
- carrying out preventative maintenance programs
- performing public space janitorial work
- upkeep of parking lot and trash cleanup
- cleaning PTAC units
- drywall repair, painting, and caulking
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- performing other duties as assigned
