Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior maintenance or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, squatting, and bending
- Flexible to work various shifts
- Must comply with company policies including drug-free workplace
- Ability to follow emergency procedures
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in general maintenance or custodial work preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and bending

Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner following preventative maintenance schedules
- Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical and plumbing repairs
- Maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Prepping rooms for housekeeping by removing linens, trash, and moving furniture
- Following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs
- Performing janitorial duties in public spaces and maintaining parking lot cleanliness
