Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior maintenance or custodial experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, squatting, and bending
  • Flexible to work various shifts
  • Must comply with company policies including drug-free workplace
  • Ability to follow emergency procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in general maintenance or custodial work preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and bending
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Managing work orders in a timely manner following preventative maintenance schedules
  • Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
  • Performing light electrical and plumbing repairs
  • Maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
  • Prepping rooms for housekeeping by removing linens, trash, and moving furniture
  • Following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs
  • Performing janitorial duties in public spaces and maintaining parking lot cleanliness
