Job Requirements
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including climbing stairs and ladders
- Capacity to kneel, squat, sit, stand, bend, and twist for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, or pull items up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to perform a variety of maintenance and cleaning duties
- Commitment to upholding safety and security standards

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
- Ability to perform light electrical and plumbing repairs
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency protocols
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- Conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging or unclogging sinks and toilets
- Maintaining public space cleanliness and parking lot upkeep
- Repairing drywall, painting, and caulking as needed
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- Knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- Performing other duties as assigned
