Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including climbing stairs and ladders
  • Capacity to kneel, squat, sit, stand, bend, and twist for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull items up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to perform a variety of maintenance and cleaning duties
  • Commitment to upholding safety and security standards
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies including drug-free workplace rules

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
  • Ability to perform light electrical and plumbing repairs
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency protocols

Job Duties

  • Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
  • Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
  • Performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
  • Conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging or unclogging sinks and toilets
  • Maintaining public space cleanliness and parking lot upkeep
  • Repairing drywall, painting, and caulking as needed
  • Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
  • Prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
  • Knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
  • Performing other duties as assigned
