Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in general maintenance or hospitality property services preferred
ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, bending, kneeling, and twisting
willingness to follow company policies and safety guidelines
ability to work flexible hours and complete multiple tasks
reliable and punctual
legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant roles preferred
basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing stairs and ladders
strong attention to detail and organizational skills
good communication skills
ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
commitment to teamwork
flexibility to handle multiple responsibilities

Job Duties

Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
performing light plumbing tasks including plunging toilets, snaking toilets, and unclogging sinks
conducting preventative maintenance programs
performing public space janitorial work
maintaining parking lot upkeep and trash cleanup
cleaning PTAC units
repairing drywall
painting and caulking
maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
knowing and following property emergency procedures
ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
performing other duties as assigned
