Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in maintenance or related field preferred
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including climbing stairs and ladders
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow emergency procedures and safety guidelines
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English

- Prior experience in maintenance or hotel housekeeping preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to handle multiple responsibilities
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- Conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging toilets, snaking toilets, and unclogging sinks
- Carrying out preventative maintenance programs
- Performing public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- Trash cleanup and PTAC cleaning
- Drywall repair, painting, and caulking
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Providing maintenance supply orders to management
- Prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- Knowing and following property emergency procedures to ensure security needs of the property and guests are met
- Performing other duties as assigned
