Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and ladders
- ability to kneel, squat, sit, stand, bend, and twist for extended periods
- ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in hotel maintenance or custodial roles preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- ability to use maintenance tools and equipment
- good communication skills

- strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to preventative maintenance schedules
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing outlets and wall switches
- handling light plumbing tasks including plunging and unclogging sinks
- conducting public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and ordering as needed
- prepping rooms for housekeeping by removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and noting maintenance needs
- following emergency procedures and ensuring property and guest security
- performing other duties as assigned
