Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in maintenance or related field preferred
- ability to perform physical labor including lifting, pushing, and climbing
- reliable transportation to work
- willingness to work flexible hours
- ability to follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
- legal authorization to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing stairs
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
Job Duties
- managing work orders and adhering to a preventative maintenance schedule
- performing preventative maintenance tasks including carpet shampooing, floor cleaning, light electrical and plumbing repairs
- cleaning public areas and maintaining parking lot and trash cleanup
- prepping rooms for housekeeping by removing linens, trash, moving furniture and noting maintenance issues
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- following property emergency procedures and ensuring security of property and guests
- performing other duties as assigned
