Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders repeatedly
- Capacity to perform kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods
- Commitment to follow property emergency procedures
- Willingness to perform janitorial and maintenance tasks
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or property attendant roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to perform janitorial duties and maintain cleanliness in public areas
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and work orders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- Conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging toilets and unclogging sinks
- Maintaining public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- Prepping rooms for housekeepers by removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- Managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and coordinating orders with management
- Knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs are met
- Performing other duties as assigned
