Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel maintenance or similar role preferred
- Ability to follow property safety and emergency procedures
- Capacity to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required
- Willingness to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Commitment to upholding company policies and standards

- Experience in general maintenance or housekeeping preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing stairs and ladders
- Basic skills in light electrical and plumbing work
- Strong team player with flexibility to handle multiple responsibilities

Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- Conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging and snaking toilets and unclogging sinks
- Maintaining public space janitorial work, parking lot upkeep, and trash cleanup
- Cleaning PTAC units, drywall repair, painting, and caulking
- Prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, and moving furniture
- Reviewing maintenance needs in rooms
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Providing orders of supplies to management
- Knowing and following property emergency procedures
- Ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- Performing other duties as assigned
