Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in maintenance, housekeeping, or related fields preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing stairs
- flexibility to work varied shifts
- valid identification and legal authorization to work
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- commitment to maintain a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant roles
- knowledge of general maintenance tasks including electrical and plumbing work
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic understanding of preventive maintenance programs
- good physical stamina to perform repetitive climbing, lifting, and bending
- strong communication and time management skills
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Managing work orders and adhering to preventative maintenance schedules
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or switches
- conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging and unclogging sinks
- executing public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- prepping rooms for housekeeping by removing linens and trash and moving furniture
- maintaining and managing maintenance supplies and inventory
- following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs are met
- performing drywall repair, painting, caulking, and other maintenance duties as assigned
