Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in maintenance or hotel property upkeep preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds
- capability to climb stairs and ladders repeatedly
- ability to kneel, squat, sit, stand, bend, and twist for long periods
- willingness to work flexible hours
- reliable and punctual
- ability to manage inventory and report to management
- adherence to property emergency and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in general maintenance or property upkeep preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- ability to perform manual labor and physical tasks
- strong organizational skills
- ability to follow safety and emergency procedures

Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- conducting light plumbing work including plunging toilets, snaking toilets, and unclogging sinks
- performing preventative maintenance programs
- janitorial work in public spaces
- maintaining parking lot upkeep
- handling trash cleanup
- performing PTAC cleaning
- repairing drywall
- painting
- caulking
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- knowing and following property emergency procedures
- ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- performing other duties as assigned
