Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in maintenance or relevant hospitality role preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing stairs
- Flexibility to handle multiple responsibilities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as a reliable team member
- Availability to work various shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or property management preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairs and ladders
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- Conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging toilets, snaking toilets, and unclogging sinks
- Completing public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- Prepping rooms for housekeepers by removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Knowing and following property emergency procedures to ensure guest and property security
- Performing other duties as assigned
