Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs, kneeling, squatting, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- flexible team player willing to handle multiple responsibilities
- availability to follow property emergency procedures
- commitment to maintaining property cleanliness and safety
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant role preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- good communication and teamwork skills
- familiarity with preventative maintenance programs
Job Duties
- managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging and snaking toilets
- carrying out public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- prepping rooms for housekeepers by removing linens, trash, and moving furniture
