Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a maintenance or property attendant role preferred
  • physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • ability to perform repetitive climbing of stairs and ladders
  • capability to engage in prolonged kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting
  • reliable and punctual work ethic
  • willingness to follow company policies and emergency procedures
  • good interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in general maintenance or hospitality property maintenance preferred
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • good communication and problem-solving skills
  • physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • knowledge of safety procedures and emergency protocols
  • flexibility to handle multiple tasks
  • basic electrical and plumbing skills

Job Duties

  • Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
  • shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
  • performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
  • executing light plumbing tasks like plunging or snaking toilets and unclogging sinks
  • engaging in public space janitorial work
  • maintaining parking lot upkeep and trash cleanup
  • conducting PTAC cleaning, drywall repair, painting, caulking
  • maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
  • prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, reviewing maintenance needs
  • knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs of the property and guests are met
  • performing other duties as assigned
