Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in maintenance or custodial roles preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Basic electrical and plumbing skills
- Flexible availability to accommodate various shifts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or hospitality is preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- Reliable and flexible with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- Conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging toilets and unclogging sinks
- Implementing preventative maintenance programs
- Cleaning public spaces and maintaining parking lot upkeep
- Prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens and trash
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs are met
- Performing other duties as assigned
