Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in maintenance or custodial roles preferred
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Basic electrical and plumbing skills
  • Flexible availability to accommodate various shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property maintenance or hospitality is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
  • Reliable and flexible with a strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
  • Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
  • Performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
  • Conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging toilets and unclogging sinks
  • Implementing preventative maintenance programs
  • Cleaning public spaces and maintaining parking lot upkeep
  • Prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens and trash
  • Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
  • Following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs are met
  • Performing other duties as assigned
