Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing stairs and ladders
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and perform multiple duties
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to comply with company policies including drug-free workplace rules

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant roles preferred but not required
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of preventative maintenance principles
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency protocols
  • Flexible and adaptable to handling multiple responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Managing work orders in a timely manner adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
  • Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
  • Performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or switches
  • Addressing light plumbing tasks including plunging or unclogging sinks
  • Conducting public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
  • Prepping rooms for housekeepers by removing linens, trash, and moving furniture
  • Following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs are met
  • Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
  • Assisting with laundry duties
  • Performing drywall repair, painting, and caulking
  • Trash cleanup
