Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant roles preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Basic understanding of preventative maintenance principles
- Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency protocols
- Flexible and adaptable to handling multiple responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or switches
- Addressing light plumbing tasks including plunging or unclogging sinks
- Conducting public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- Prepping rooms for housekeepers by removing linens, trash, and moving furniture
- Following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs are met
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Assisting with laundry duties
- Performing drywall repair, painting, and caulking
- Trash cleanup
