Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a maintenance or property attendant role
- capability to perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 pounds
- knowledge of basic maintenance tasks such as electrical and plumbing
- ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- good physical endurance for repetitive climbing, kneeling, standing, and bending
- flexible availability

Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging toilets and unclogging sinks
- performing preventative maintenance programs
- janitorial work in public spaces
- maintaining parking lot cleanliness and trash cleanup
- PTAC cleaning
- drywall repair, painting, and caulking
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- providing orders to management
- prepping rooms for housekeepers by removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- knowing and following property emergency procedures
- ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- performing other duties as assigned
