Job Duties
- managing work orders and completing preventative maintenance tasks
- performing cleaning of public areas and prep rooms for housekeeping
- assisting with laundry duties
- maintaining and managing maintenance inventory and supplies
- adhering to property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs are met
- performing light electrical and plumbing repairs
- supporting general maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, painting, caulking
