- Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, squatting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in maintenance or property attendant roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems

Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to preventative maintenance schedules
- Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing outlets and switches
- Conducting light plumbing tasks including unclogging sinks and toilets
- Prepping rooms for housekeeping by removing linens and trash and moving furniture
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs are met
- Performing other duties as assigned
