Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing stairs, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- must be reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hotel maintenance or janitorial services preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- good communication and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Managing work orders and performing preventative maintenance including light electrical and plumbing repairs
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- conducting public space janitorial work and trash cleanup
- prepping rooms for housekeepers by removing linens and trash and moving furniture
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- following property emergency procedures and ensuring security for guests and property
- performing other duties as assigned
