Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing stairs, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
  • must be reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hotel maintenance or janitorial services preferred
  • basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • good communication and teamwork abilities

Job Duties

  • Managing work orders and performing preventative maintenance including light electrical and plumbing repairs
  • shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
  • conducting public space janitorial work and trash cleanup
  • prepping rooms for housekeepers by removing linens and trash and moving furniture
  • maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
  • following property emergency procedures and ensuring security for guests and property
  • performing other duties as assigned
