Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- capability to perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant roles preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment
- strong organizational and time management skills
- good communication and teamwork abilities
- flexibility to perform various duties as required
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- light plumbing including plunging toilets, snaking toilets, unclogging sinks
- performing public space janitorial work
- maintaining parking lot upkeep and trash cleanup
- performing PTAC cleaning, drywall repair, painting, caulking
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- providing orders to management
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, reviewing maintenance needs
- knowing and following property emergency procedures
- ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- performing other duties as assigned
