Job Duties
- managing work orders and adherence to preventative maintenance schedules
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical and plumbing tasks
- maintaining public spaces and parking lot upkeep
- prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens and trash
- managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- following emergency procedures and ensuring property security
