Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in maintenance or property attendant role preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and ladders
- capacity to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- dependable and punctual
- flexible to perform a variety of hotel responsibilities
- willingness to follow safety and emergency procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in hotel or property maintenance preferred
- knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repairs
- ability to perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 pounds
- strong organizational skills
- teamwork and communication abilities
- commitment to safety and security protocols
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical and plumbing repairs
- conducting preventative maintenance tasks and public space janitorial work
- maintaining parking lot and trash area upkeep
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens and trash
- identifying and addressing maintenance needs
- managing and maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- following property emergency procedures ensuring security
- performing other duties as assigned
