Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a maintenance or similar role preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs and ladders
- knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repair
- strong attention to detail and ability to manage inventory
- ability to work flexible hours
- commitment to safety and emergency procedures
- good communication skills

- prior experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant role preferred

Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- performing light plumbing work including plunging toilets and unclogging sinks
- conducting public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens and trash
- reviewing maintenance needs in guest rooms
- following property emergency procedures
- ensuring security needs of the property and guests are met
- performing other duties as assigned
