- ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, squatting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods
- ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in maintenance or hotel property attendant roles preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repairs
- strong organizational skills
- good communication and teamwork abilities
- willingness to work flexible hours and multitask
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner and adhering to a preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- handling light plumbing tasks including plunging toilets and unclogging sinks
- conducting public space janitorial work
- parking lot upkeep and trash cleanup
- cleaning PTAC units
- performing drywall repair, painting, and caulking
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- providing supply orders to management
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- knowing and following property emergency procedures
- ensuring security needs of the property and guests
- performing other duties as assigned
