Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field preferred
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Capability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, standing, bending and twisting for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Commitment to adhere to company safety standards and emergency protocols
  • Drug free workplace compliance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property maintenance or hospitality preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and repetitive kneeling, squatting, and climbing
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
  • Flexible and able to handle multiple responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
  • Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
  • Performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
  • Performing light plumbing tasks including plunging and snaking toilets and unclogging sinks
  • Conducting public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
  • Managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and placing orders to management
  • Preparing rooms for housekeeping by removing linens, trash, moving furniture and reviewing maintenance needs
  • Knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs of the property and guests are met
  • Performing other duties as assigned
