Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field preferred
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Capability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, standing, bending and twisting for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Commitment to adhere to company safety standards and emergency protocols

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or hospitality preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and repetitive kneeling, squatting, and climbing
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- Flexible and able to handle multiple responsibilities
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- Performing light plumbing tasks including plunging and snaking toilets and unclogging sinks
- Conducting public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- Managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and placing orders to management
- Preparing rooms for housekeeping by removing linens, trash, moving furniture and reviewing maintenance needs
- Knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs of the property and guests are met
- Performing other duties as assigned
