Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in maintenance or related hospitality role preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks including climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending and twisting for extended periods
  • ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • flexibility to perform various duties as assigned
  • adherence to company policies including drug-free workplace
  • willingness to comply with emergency and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in maintenance or property attendant role preferred
  • knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repairs
  • ability to manage inventory of supplies and tools
  • strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • commitment to safety and emergency procedures

Job Duties

  • managing work orders and adhering to preventative maintenance schedules
  • shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
  • performing light electrical work including changing outlets or wall switches
  • conducting light plumbing duties such as plunging and snaking toilets
  • performing drywall repair, painting, caulking and other maintenance tasks
  • maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and ordering as needed
  • prepping rooms for housekeeping by removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
  • following property emergency procedures and ensuring security for the property and guests
  • performing other duties as assigned
